Filter Foam

Our filter foam is a reticulated, flexible, polyester-urethane foam. It is highly porous and permeable, which makes it perfect for filtration. Its consistent structure avoids open channels that could reduce filtration capacity.

It can be cleaned like a towel and rung out, which allows it to dry quickly. In framed units, it can be vacuum cleaned. It is a durable, long-lasting foam that works well in tough environments.

We offer various densities ranging from 10ppi - 80 ppi. Choose PPI based on:

1. Airflow needs

Lower PPI = More Airflow

2. Particle size

Higher PPI = Finer Particles

3. Pressure drop limits

Lower PPI = Less Drop

4. Dust loading needs
