With over 5000 dies in stock, we can process high volume in a short time. We offer a range of die cutting methods: rotary press, beam press, steel rule die cut machines, clickers etc. We also carry custom die cutting equipment. Do you have a custom shape in mind? Let’s collaborate!

Kiss Cutting

With high-speed rotary presses, we can die-cut materials without damaging the adhesive backs. This is perfect for applications where quick and clean placement is essential. Our machines ensure precision and repeatability.

CNC Cutting

We have a CNC cutting surface of 2000mm x 3000mm (87” x 118”). Our CNC knife can cut up to 76.2mm (3 inches) thick. Our CAD/CAM office with 3D capabilities and digitizer allows us to convert your sketch to a 2D or 3D drawing. 

Etching

Need products or materials to have your branding on them? We offer laser etching and engraving services. Depending on the material density and surface, we can offer this service for foams, felts, and cork. 

Roll Slitting

Roll slitting transforms large rolls into custom widths for easy use. This process ensures smooth, clean cuts with minimal fraying. We can slit most master rolls of felt, foam, and cork into strips for you starting at 1/8” width.

Adhesive Coating

Pressure sensitive adhesive coating adds a strong, reliable bond to any material for easy installation. We offer a range of adhesive options depending on your application, including 3M adhesive. Our PSA backing can be applied to most of our products.

Lamination

With your choice of PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) or HSA (heat-sensitive adhesive), we offer our customers laminating services for rolls, sheets, and die cut pieces. We offer this service for our wide range of materials such as foam with felt, foam with aluminum, felt with cork, and foam with cork.

Sewing

Our sewing department is equipped with over 40 machines capable of sewing felt, leather, neoprene, and more. We are trusted with finishes such as seams and edging or making products such as bags.
