Medium Sponge Neoprene Blend (SCE42)
SCE42 strikes the ideal balance between flexibility and durability. It’s a closed-cell, black neoprene blend. It provides sealing and cushioning for automotives, HVAC, and other industrial environments.
Compared to our soft sponge neoprene SCE41, it has moderate compression deflection and better maintains its structural integrity under pressure.
Use this material in places where you need a material that is tougher than a soft sponge, but still flexible.
Our medium sponge neoprene blend has a density of 7 – 11 PCF (lb./ft3) and a shore hardness of 55 – 65.
