80 Duro SBR
Description
SBR is Styrene-Butadiene Rubber, a type of rubber used as an alternative to natural rubber.
On the Durometer scale (0 = softest, 100 = hardest) an 80 rating means this material is hard, dense, and durable. It has good abrasion resistance, making it suitable for applications where it will experience wear-and- tear.
Note: SBR is not recommended for environments with oil, fuels, solvents, or hydraulic fluids.
Application
Gaskets and seal where oil isn't required, industrial flooring and mats, flange gaskets and pipe seals, spacers, cushions, vibration dampening, and skirting. Skirt boards and chutes in mining, where abrasion resistance is critical.
