Felt Seals, Gaskets, and Rings
Felt gaskets, seals, and rings are used as a form of sealing in various industries. Our felt gaskets are made from both natural wool felt and synthetic materials. The compressibility of the felt allows it to conform to irregular surfaces. Felt gaskets are easy-to-install and replace, with resistance to many chemicals and solvents. They can also act as lubricants depending on the application.
They act as dust seals, protecting bearings from contamination. The soft material helps reduce noise and vibration, and they can be used where high-pressure sealing isn’t required.
Our felt gaskets, seals, and rings can be cut using the CNC machines or die-cut. When CNC cut, we can go as large as 3m (118 inches). When die cut, we can go as small as 0.006m (1/4 inch).
