Description

We carry Saint-Gobain’s V2200 double coated glazing tape. It’s a spacer foam tape with high-strength acrylic adhesive on both sides. The two-side adhesive helps create space between metal and glass for easier silicone application. It also holds glass in place for structural glazing applications.

Made from semi-rigid polyurethane foam, it has low thermal conductivity. This improves the performance of the wall and can support LEED points. It also has excellent weather resistance.

Application

Silicone structural glazing (SSG) systems, curtain wall fabrication in shop and field, joint dimension control, creating proper spacing between metal and glass, supporting glazing applications.
